Seasonal(Available August 21st)potosi Oatmeal stoutThe Potosi Oatmeal Stout is a specialty of our brew master, Steve Buszka. The Potosi Oatmeal Stout is made with approximately 6% oats. Oatmeal Stouts tend to be sweeter than other Stouts due to the amount of malts used and the use of a special yeast strain that doesn’t consume too much of the sugars. What you’re left with is a great balance between the roasted characters of the malts while the oats add a silky smoothness. 8% - 17.5 P - 25 IBU’s |

seasonalPotosi Scotch AleThe Potosi Scotch Ale goes through a long boil in the kettle for a greater caramelization of the wort. This gives the Potosi Scotch Ale a deep copper to brown colored brew and a higher level of unfermentable sugars which create a rich mouthfeel and malty flavors and aromas.
