	Good Old Potosi Beer This light bodied and refreshing ale is made with traditional brewing Ingredients. THis brew will be a cut above the mass market brews having a mild flavor profile and a soft effervescent character. this beer, like the original will appeal to a wide range of palates. 5% • 12p • 14 IBU's
	Potosi Pure Malt Cave Ale A long time favorite during Potosi’s heyday, this is an amber, pure malt and hop ale that has distinct malt character and a bit more assertive flavor profile, comparable to an English pale ale. This is a medium bodied beer that is not too over the top in any respect. 6.5% • 14P • 10 IBU’s
	Snake Hollow India Pale Ale Snake Hollow was the original name of the Potosi Hollow and here we have a brew with real character. It is an Inda Pale Ale, which according to tradition requires the plentiful addition of flavorful hops during the kettle boil. Subsequently during the aging process additional flavoring of hops are introduced into the storage tank to provide fine aromatic hop character. This sturdy ale will satisfy the many hopheads among the new age of beer aficionados. 7% • 15P • 70 IBU's
	Holiday Lager Bock Beer This brew is a robust lager made with a liberal infusion of dark roasted malts and will have a medium level of hop character. This brew will amply satisfy the demand for a dark and bracing brew in the tradition of a noble Porter or Stout. 7% • 16p • 20IBU'S
	American Porter (Seasonal) A bit bigger, hoppier, and/or roastier then their European predecessors. This dry beer is Medium to full bodied, moderately malty, and features a lightly burnt taste with chocolate or coffee flavors. 6% • 17P • 40 IBU'S
	Potosi Czech Style Pilsener (Seasonal) The birth of Pilsener beer can be traced back to its namesake, the ancient city of Plzen which is situated in the western half of the Czech Republic. The Czech Pilsener is light straw to golden color and crystal clear. Hops are very prevalent usually with a spicy bitterness and or a spicy floral flavor and aroma, notably one of the defining characteristics of the Saaz hop. Smooth and crisp with a clean malty palate, many are grassy. Some will show some archaic yeast characteristics similar to very mild buttery flavors and aromas. 5.75% 14.5P 27 IBU’s
	Scotch Ale (Seasonal) The Potosi Scotch Ale goes through a long boil in the kettle for a greater caramelization of the wort. This gives the Potosi Scotch Ale a deep copper to brown colored brew and a higher level of unfermentable sugars which create a rich mouth feel and malty flavors and aromas. Overall hop character is low; light floral or herbal with smoky characters allowing its signature malt profile to be the highlight. 10% • 20p • 35 IBU’s
