Welcome to the Potosi Brewery restaurant. Dine with us in a unique atmosphere of history and tradition. From the original sandstone rock walls to the Cypress wood tables made from the old brewery beer vats. Watch the conversion of the natural springs running under the floor through the see-through glass flooring. Admire the handcrafted bar and back bar designed and built by local and nationally renowned wood craftsman, Gary David.

When weather permits, sitting in the brewery beer garden is very relaxing while enjoying a cold beverage and conversing with old friends and new friends you're sure to make.

Our Menu

The Potosi Brewing Company restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.  Reservations are  recommended.

For the kid's, we have a kid's favorites line-up we know they will enjoy and be sure to ask for a tall glass of Princess Potosa Root Beer, brewed right here at the Potosi Brewery.

Our kitchen staff, led by Joan Gunther, prepares all of our meals from scratch with only the finest ingredients. Our staff is working hard to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience by creating unique, high quality meals. Your suggestions and comments are always welcome.

Community Room

Our Founders Community Room, (Private Room) is located on the 4th floor of the brewery and is the perfect venue for your next business meeting, wedding rehearsal dinner, or private party. Our Group Menu is available for larger groups and can be tailored to your needs.
